John Cooney AREINZ, Dip. Marketing, Dip. Business Studies John commenced his Real Estate career in Melbourne in 1972 and received his full real estate license in 1982. Before emigrating to New Zealand in 1996. John carved out a very successful career in real estate sales including the marketing of the largest Strata Title housing project undertaken in Melbourne at that time. John also owned and operated in partnership a Real Estate company in Melbourne which was responsible for the marketing of the City’s only waterfront canal development. Besides the vast experience gathered over the years, John’s strength and passion is the training and mentoring of both new sales consultants to the Real Estate profession, and those who have been in the profession for some years.
