Buyers can choose to receive personal property matching, something we excel at or can just receive our weekly buyer emails of all new properties for sale with Harcourts. This is normally sent on a Tuesday but if there is anything listed later in the week that is for sale by negotiation and likely to move quickly we will also send out details so that you are kept as up to date with new properties as is possible. Our registered buyers can choose to use us as their preferred agent and get our advice and personal assistance in the purchase of any Harcourts property in the Wellington region.
