Ivan has recently moved back to New Zealand after living and working in Brisbane. He has settled in the beautiful Titahi Bay and is forging a new career in the Real Estate industry, Ivan has worked extensively throughout the building industry for the last five years on both sides of the Tasman, including running his own company in Brisbane producing kitset buildings in the domestic and commercial market. Ivan knows the building process inside out having an eye for detail, can identify and give qualified advice as to common situations the average person/home owner would miss.. Although he is young, Ivan displays maturity beyond his years, this is proven by the fact that he was New Zealand’s youngest Tuna boat Skipper, at the age of 18 he was running a $2.6 million 70 foot steel surface long liner up to 200 miles anywhere around New Zealand. Operating mainly out of Tauranga chasing the Southern Bluefin Tuna of Tauranga chasing the Southern Bluefin Tuna. The situations he faced in the open seas has given Ivan the ability to keep a cool head in even the most demanding situations and the confidence necessary to succeed in everything that he does. Ivan currently resides in the sunny Titahi Bay and is an active member in the Titahi Bay Bowls Club, he loves all sports and is a mad keen fisherman, often seen untangling his line on the rocks around the bay and diving around various spots in Wellington. “ Young at heart, and in years, huge on passion, commitment & results”
