Michelle Baya came from Zimbabwe to New Zealand in 1981, with her husband, baby girl and two suitcases and has resided in West Auckland since then. She commenced selling cosmetics for Avon, a rather good way to meet the neighbours and a great introduction to becoming a successful salesperson. Michelle has been involved in a wide variety of fields including dental nursing, sole office manager , laboratory assistant in a plant propagation nursery, practice manager for two doctors, teachers aid and a school administrator. Michelle and her husband owned and operated an engineering business for 20 years which they recently sold, and have met over that time, many wonderful people. Michelle’s goal is to become a successful real estate salesperson by doing what comes naturally to her, which is, working hard and doing the best she can to make people happy!
