Stuart Pescini is a Director of Team Manawatu Realty Limited and the Team Group of Companies.The Harcourts franchise covers a large geographical region operating from 12 Sales Offices spread from Wellington, out to Upper Hutt, Paremata, Kapiti, Horowhenua and the Manawatu.
Stuart has been involved in Real Estate since 1986 and Harcourts since 1991. A successful selling career lead to
management and a progression through to company ownership with Mick Robbers and Eliot Falconer.
The Manawatu Harcourts Franchise was aquired in 2009 incorporating the offices of Palmerston North and Feilding.
Stuart manages these teams and is focused on building a strong tight knit group of real estate providers throughout the Manawatu.
