Get to know me better
Karen has been a prolific Real Estate Consultant in the Eastern Suburbs in Auckland since 2002, and is now into her 11th year in the industry. Karen discovered early on she had a true passion for real estate, initially commencing her career with LJ Hooker, and later Harcourts. More recently she has expanded her database to include the entire Eastern area. She is part of a 35 strong team of highly motivated sales consultants. Having established a solid reputation for integrity and hard work her sales now exceed $75 million to date.
She is a recipient of the Northern Regions Quarterly Awards on a regular basis, receiving either Gold, Silver or Bronze Awards and has achieved the Quarterly Sales Growth Award for the Howick office twice in one year. She is an experienced Agent and is involved in a mentoring programme with agents who are new to real estate in her office.

She is in the Top 100 for the Northern Region, placing her in the top 10% of sales people for Harcourt's for the region.Regardless whether a property is entry level, middle of the market or a luxury portfolio, Karen’s approach is the same. She is involved with every aspect of the sale process from start to finish, with attention to detail paramount through her campaigns. Using her flair, she assists/liaises with furniture staging companies, photographers, landscapers etc, ensuring the property is ready for sale. She enjoys focusing on show-casing 4-5 exclusive properties at one time assuring her clients top level personal service.

Her strengths are her very approachable demeanor and her sheer drive to get the task assigned to her underway, coupled with the ability to make people feel at ease in her company, which comes naturally. She is mindful that in today’s real estate there lies a duty of care to all clients, both sellers and buyers and with that she prides herself on her high standard of ethics, integrity and her ability to make clients for life. She has proven herself as the “Seller’s Agent’, and takes pleasure in this aspect of her role which she works tirelessly at.
She is an Auction Specialist and her focus to achieve excellent results and her strong negotiating skills – peppered with her fun sense of humor have attributed to her success. She has an infectious enthusiasm and she is an experienced agent. Many of her past clients return to her years later after being very satisfied with the selling process with her at the helm.
