I have been involved with the real estate industry for six years. My interest with real estate began when I owned up to ten rental investment properties. I drew a wealth of knowledge during this time and decided to train professionally as a Property Manager. My first two years were with Ray White Real Estate as a Rental Property Manager. I built this business to a substantial management level and grew a large client data base. I still work with most of those clients today. The real estate industry is about working closely with a client and achieving the results expected. No two clients are the same and I would like to adapt my business to work in at an individual level. It was a natural transition to progress towards a sales and marketing role within Ray White. The last four years have seen myself building a business that has steadily increased each year. I have a genuine interest in real estate and keep a close eye on the market trends. Real estate is more of a lifestyle than an employment choice. It is a demanding position, but very rewarding when developing relationships with both vendors and purchasers. These relationships can build and continue for several years. Prior to my involvement in the real estate industry I worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant with the ANZ Bank. I have also owned and operated an A La Carte restaurant in Dunedin, Otago. I have recently moved to Harcourts St Albans branch. This move was a good opportunity and I look forward to developing new business from within the Harcourts network.
