Chris is a member of our Mairangi Bay sales team, under the banner of Cooper & Co. Real Estate Limited.
Prior to embarking on his real estate career in 1999, he worked overseas in the investment banking arm of Natwest in London, and was at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Toronto prior to that. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, previously at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Auckland before transferring to Toronto.
Chris has lived on the North Shore for over 34 years, attended Rosmini College in Takapuna and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Auckland. While working and living overseas for 5 years, he also travelled extensively throughout Canada, the US, Europe and Asia and travel remains one of his main interests.
Consistently a top performer, Chris has received awards for being in the top 10% of salespeople from 2001 to 2004. Chris was a Branch Manager from 2005 to 2008 and returned fully to the sales role in 2008 where his true passion lies. He is a Licensed Agent and qualified Branch Manager under the new Real Estate Agents Act 2008, able to supervise Licensed Salespeople. This is proof of his extensive experience and sound knowledge of the business.
Chris combines professionalism and commitment in providing a total service package provided by few within the industry – first class service!
