Paula started her accounting and finance career with Fay, Richwhite & Co before being sent to the United States to work with the 1988 America’s Cup Challenge Team, in charge of accounts and the various other administration work required when 85 people spend a year away from home. Back in NZ, she spent five years with Lion Nathan in their Treasury Department, before moving to Southern Spars to take up a role as assistant accountant for another five years. Following four years as Financial controller for a computer reseller, UCC Technologies Ltd, Paula joined Harcourts Cooper & Co in 2004 as Finance Manager.
