From an early age I have always had a passion and great ability in sales, I started in corporate sales in Sydney in 2000 and quickly learnt that sales truly was my calling. At the age of 21 I had signed up branches of ABN Amro, Vodafone, HSBC and Westpac for their events, liquor and catering. These were the company’s largest accounts and had been hunted by senior sales teams who had never been able to close the deal. I then moved to the Gold Coast where I was a mortgage broker and concentrated on building relationships with real estate agents and developers as they were a great source of leads and continual business.
In 2007 I moved back to New Zealand to spend more time with family and to work as a real estate agent. I intended to bring my youthful, energetic yet very experienced qualities to real estate and to be one of the market high achievers. Over the last five years I have consistently been in the top 10% nationally for sales and work with Blenheim’s biggest developers. I have a passion to provide an honest service yet getting you the highest price possible on your most valuable asset and strategically thinking of the best marketing that will suit your property, I enjoy properties that have subdivide-able potential as I have the vision to maximise your profit and can value the accurately.
