Having had 20 years in the Real Estate Business Chris has a vast amount of expreince in all aspects of the industry. He is a passionate and accomplished Auctioneer having been placed in the Harcourts Group Auction competition as a finalist for the past 4 years. Chris is a strong negotiator and enjoys being involved with day to day cut and thrust of Real Estate. Chris was the 2010 REINZ Auction Champion and represented New Zealand in the Australasian Competition where he made the finals.
