He has owned and sold businesses both locally and internationally. Over the years he has the experience of being involved both personally and managing brokers in negotiations of sales and acquisitions ranging from $100k to $20m. The ability to think outside the square and achieve your outcome to sell or have an acquisition is one of his natural strengths. Born in New Zealand and speaks both English and Guajarati. Keshor has an empathy with all races helping him to negotiate between different ethnic groups and cater for their needs. Historically being a partner in a Business and Commercial Real Estate agency for over 15 years he looks forward to a long relationship with NaiHarcourts recognising the advantages of being in the fourth largest Real Estate and commercial agency in the world.
