When Rod started his real estate career in 2004 with LJ Hooker Warkworth he was selected to participate in the 'Future Champions Programme' - a two year extensive real estate training course. This has proven to be beneficial for Rod and shows in the number of successful sales he has achieved. Rod was awarded membership in the LJ Hooker Captains Club in 2007 and into the multi million dollar chapter in 2008, this was achieved by less than 2% of all real estate agents within the 700 offices of the LJ Hooker network, an achievement in itself when you take in to account that Rod was also acting Branch Manager for two years. 2011 has bought new challenges to Rod where a position at Harcourt's in Warkworth was accepted and Rod is able to get back to his love of listing and selling property, especially at Omaha where he has lived for a number of years.
