Richard was born in Featherston and returned home to the Wairarapa in February 2008 to manage Te Kairanga’s vineyard in the Ruakokotapuna Valley. Now Richard returns to his other love, Real Estate. Being able to help people to either sell or secure their prime asset has always driven Richard. High standards and strategic thinking is second nature to him as well as goal setting, to strive for exceptional results. His clients come first and his values are based around doing the right thing with honest transparent dealings. “Real Estate is a profession entrusted with the primary wealth of the community”, a responsibility I take very seriously. Richard has sold Real Estate with his father’s company in Marton and then in Hamilton. He then spent time in Australia where he had a horticultural consulting business. Returning to New Zealand Real Estate he successfully sold properties in Whangaparoa and Orewa. He has experienced all market conditions and has learnt to adapt. Change in itself is a challenge, and can take you out of your comfort zone .For me it is a necessity to maintain high standards. I am proud to be in a company where people come first.
