I have recently joined the team at Charlton Realty Epsom as the Property Manager. Working closely with a highly successful Management and Sales team to build and grow an influential portfolio. I have the skills and knowledge to make our Property management division extremely successful. I have spent 4 years working in the property management industry managing portfolios in Auckland South and Auckland City. It is my role to communicate with existing owners and tenants in regards to all their property requirements and needs and ensure that properties are well looked after. With a passion for property management I understand the importance of communication with both tenants and landlords, and the mutual respect needed between all parties
