Robbie grew up on the North Shore, where he spent a lot of time on the beaches and the rest of his mis-spent youth at Rangitoto College, he was part of a Real Estate family, his father was a very successful Real Estate salesperson/manager and his brother a Master Builder/investor on the North Shore, was also very successful in Real Estate. Robbie didn’t quite appreciate what went into the selling and marketing of Real Estate until he started on his own journey of buying and selling homes and investing in properties on the North Shore and other areas. Robbie has been involved in Real Estate in the last couple of decades in numerous roles, from renovations of pre-loved homes, subdivisions in new areas, house and land packages and helping people use their assets and income to purchase investment properties. He has also had experience liaising with local council’s to rectify compliance & resource consent issues for various clients. Having been the vendor himself on numerous occasions he understands what people need to be able to put their most prize possession into the hands of a total stranger and as a Real Estate professional he knows he can draw from his vast experience and deliver an exceptional service that will leave anyone convinced that the utmost has been done to achieve their goals for their property. Robbie is a dedicated family man and has been married to Fiona for 26 years and has 5 children, 2 boys and 3 girls.
