Marita has joined Harcourts with a uniquely fresh and uplifting approach to real estate. She loves working in an industry where she can fulfil her goals and her passion for helping people buy and sell property. Marita spent 2 years in real estate in Wellington before making the move to Hamilton. She had previously spent 15 years in customer service including 7 years as a florist where she learnt how to tailor make a service to suit each individual. For her, there is no such thing as “one size fits all”. It’s all about getting the right information needed to help the client in the best way possible.
Marita goes out of her way to make the process of buying or selling as stress free as she can, and she does this through clear communication and an attentive service. She measures her success by the experience of her clients and her aim in her chosen career is to gather a long list of satisfied clients. With her down to earth and approachable manner she is able to interact with people from all walks of life and make people feel comfortable and confident that she will do her best to help them take the next step in their journey.
