Within four months of joining the real estate industry back in September 2003, Roly made the decision to make real estate his future and he enrolled at Massey University and completed a Post Graduate Diploma. He is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
From 2006 his qualification opened doors to Management positions and opportunities throughout Tararua, Manawatu and Horowhenua.
Providing business plans for his colleagues through business coaching and training is Roly’s reward and payback to his chosen profession and industry.
Realizing solutions for his customer is Roly’s greatest passion.
