This property is 67.5 Ha (167 acres) of Kiwitea loam (subject to survey) which is mostly flat with some steep sidelings. It is located some 32 kilometres from Feilding and is on the boundary of the Oroua River. In the past this property has been leased out to local farmers for all decriptions on farming including cropping and grazing. It was also used to milk off by a dairy farmer in conjunction with his own property. It is currently being utilised for drystock grazing and cropping. The property would also be suitable for finishing. The water supply for the farm is pumped from a stream to all the 15 main paddocks throughout the farm. There is very good access throughout the property and there is a haybarn on the property.
