An original 3 bedroom villa (circa 1920's) large living room, polished wooden floors, open fireplace and expansive ocean views over Waitete Bay beach and Motukawao Group of islands in the Hauraki Gulf.

Chic, relaxed and comfortably furnished the interior of the house has been lovingly decorated. Original, cosy and well-equipped kitchen with decorative coal range. Spacious living/dining area with fireplace to keep warm and toasty in winter. Two bathrooms, main with shower, toilet, vanity and gas califont hot water. Extended wrap around covered veranda facing west toward the beach - prime position for drinkies and nibbles and watching the gorgeous sunsets!

Loads of room for boat parking and large front lawned area leading over small roadway directly to the golden-sand beach.

The house is approximately a 17.5 kms drive north east of Coromandel Town, a comfortable 20 minute journey along the western peninsula seaboard to Waitete Bay - a small coastal bay with two lovely sandy white beaches. Waitete Bay has a sprinkling of permanent residents and the remainder of houses are used as holiday homes.

All things aquatic with safe swimming beaches, fishing (boats can be launched off the beach or nearby at Amodeo Bay). We welcome small family and friend groups, anglers and international guests to share and enjoy this little slice of beachfront paradise!
